Research shows that parental encouragement and support for learning activities at home combined with parental involvement in schooling is critical to children’s education. A partnership between parents and schools to support children’s learning leads to improved learning outcomes. Thus the Parent-Teacher Association actively supports the school in all its activities. PTA meetings are held regularly to discuss various issues related to students and school activities. Parents and teachers have interactive sessions to suggest programmes that would benefit the overall development of the students. The PTA has rendered its valuable service to the school and has been instrumental in the roaring success of all the co-curricular and extra -curricular activities of our school.
